Our Leadership
Terry O. Okorodudu
Managing Director & President
Terry Okorodudu, a retired Air Vice Marshal (2-Star General) of the Nigerian Air Force, served from 1976 to 2010 in key military and diplomatic roles. A graduate of the Nigerian Defense Academy (1976) and Royal Air Force Flying Training School (1978), he later earned an MSc in Strategic Studies from the University of Ibadan (2004). His leadership roles included Managing Director of Aeronautical Engineering Services, Defense Attaché in Moscow, and Flight Operation Officer for the Presidential Air Fleet.
Joan i. Okorodudu
Director & CEO
Joan Okorodudu, a Political Science graduate from Boston University, is the Managing Director/CEO of IBC and its subsidiaries, including Lagos Ageless & Wellness Clinique, House of J’ola Design, ISIS Models, and Fashion Network Africa. She received the West African Noble Award (2006) for her commitment to honesty, integrity, and accountability and the U.S. Government’s Lifetime Achievement Award (2024), signed by President Joe Biden, for her contributions to business and social impact . Beyond IBC, she is a clinician, beautician, and entrepreneur, leading Lagos Ageless Clinique and pioneering Nigeria’s Next Super Model, a major force in the modeling industry. Her extensive business network spans the USA, UK, Thailand, South Africa, and beyond.
Bidemi Okorodudu
Director
Bidemi, Executive Producer & Co-Founder, is a skilled media entrepreneur and real estate investor with extensive experience in advertising, marketing, and business consulting. He has led marketing campaigns for global brands such as Canon, Oracle, and Cisco, ensuring top-tier service delivery. His real estate ventures span from Abuja, Nigeria, to international markets, reflecting his globally-oriented outlook. Having lived and worked between Nigeria and the U.S., he studied Business Administration at the University of West Georgia and pursued screenwriting at the New York Film Academy. He is currently earning his MBA at Queen Mary University of London.
